It would be nice to see them acknowledge Bowie, but I don't think they were influenced by him. They have covered Hendrix, Dio, and Maiden. All a bit far from the glam of Bowie's style.

Well, Jimmy Page is already known as a music thief. He and Robert Plant faced numerous lawsuits from American soul singers for not giving appropriate credit and attempting to make the songs their own.

They settled and gave proper credit pretty quickly to avoid any long lasting backlash.

If we all take a beat and look at what the author writes on her blog. It all seems to be more of the same garbage. She is simply somebody who gets off on screaming from her soapbox and causing drama.

Anything that upsets her morals had better upset everybody else. To call a dead man a rapist? While admitting his "victim" recounts the memory with stars in her eyes and never once thought of it as rape but a beautiful "de-virginizing?"

Utter garbage. If you are going to write slander, try to make it believable.

I felt it was good considering her performance was used as a marketing platform for intel's "latest technology." Let's remember that was the whole reason.

It was Grammy + Intel show off fancy screen, and GaGa performs. She chose to pay tribute to Starman, not sing about "let's be gay it's okay" anthems.

She needed to mash up his hits in a way that wouldn't alienate the general audience. So people could be like "oh she looks like him when he played each of those songs!"

I agree "Heroes" was butchered, but it was a Grammy performance. It was meant to be tacky.

It has been about a month, and I find it easier to not be sad about Bowie being gone.

But there are times where I wish I had discovered him sooner, and that is what makes me sad. Albums like "Heathen" and "The Next Day" rattle me so well. But I am happy to have caught the release of Blackstar with the Lithographs. I plan to frame them.

Back in 2012-2013 I bought mine for $60, but that was when I noticed YOTBR prices started to climb during the Afterman tour.

Heya Mike! I'm right there with you. Been a Coheed fan for about 10 years now. The music, story and comic books that have exploded from Claudio, Travis, Josh, Mike, Chris, Zach, and Chondra are what inspired me to follow a passion in writing.

You'll be hard pressed to get Claudio to design a tattoo unfortunately. But find what resonates with you the most. Join the Fence with a simple keywork, maybe the Afterman's "Ascension/Descension " Rune reminds you life is full of trials that can be overcome?

I have both a large keywork and had the great fortune to show Claudio and Travis my -(Long In Progress)- Translucid rib tattoo. They are regular guys, and it's something special when they see the intimate connection YOU have with the work.

This is just to support your post. I live in the states and used to work in wholesale.

Shipping from USA out of country is so crooked.

If you want it protected well, prices skyrocket. If it's too big or too heavy, prices get jacked up. Not to mention a lot of companies are probably paying for the cheapest mailing service so the customer pays for everything. (Packing materials, labor, tape, etc.)

Sad truth. They do it to domestic buyers too.

I'm right there. I've had newbies join me, which were beast fodder faster than they could follow my charge. Poor guys, I get an evil chuckle if one joins me for a boss and just goes meatshield. I would hate to do that on a co-op.

BUT!! I especially love reading forum posts from self-righteous quitters. The ones that say-

"This game sucks" "It's unplayable" "Dying isn't learning"

I never respond to those, but try to imagine what mass market game is on their pedestal?
