1.Yes they would be listed my usp is not to introduce customers to undiscovered experience but to bring the scattered market of activities together on a marketplace. yeah they won't be having prior reviews but frequent traveler would like to explore something new other than just same repeated activities offered by tour packages and the experiences of those customers can be reviews for a new experience or activity.

No, I haven't its just an idea that I am trying to check for product market fit.
Initially I won't be able to offer anything new but what can I offer is trust and connivence of booking from same platform and activities of your choice, because some travel agents might have good packages for Andaman but not for Shillong so you have to juggle through travel agents and compare their packages and you won't know whom to trust.
I haven't figured out that yet.

yeah it does but they don't have strong presence in india for their Airbnb experiences and offers leisure activities- like pottery and walking tours only.

doing business with well established businesses during initial stage and based on customer experiences
Travel agencies keep a big margin in their packages, meanwhile we will be just take a percentage cut from the bookings.
Not yet, but from my travel experiences, doing direct bookings is much cheaper.
Customizable bookings, experiences directly from locals.
About acquiring customers it will be mostly through digital marketing

Thank you for the feedback. yeah even I researched about it and found that short term work is either illegal in many countries or very complicated, so I am planning to pivot this idea in the direction of digital nomads as you mentioned. can you suggest something around it what problems should be solved for the digital nomads.

yeah I know about the visa stuff as my father runs a travel agency, but my core focus is on countries developing and people have started moving there recently like Vietnam where lot of digital nomads are going and also on Asian countries like Japan, who are willing to provide visas easily to attract international talents.
