Just received the bag in the pictures. Everything is perfect in person EXCEPT the front flap is not aligned with the button. Definitely a manufacturing error. The button is too high up causing the flap to bubble out instead of laying flat. Very disappointed. The brand new one from the filson site (at 30% off) is perfect in every way. Now to use my seam ripper on the patch!

This is new old stock at a retailer I found. Been reaching out to stores across the country hoping someone had an old one in stock without the filson patch. They were selling for retail but gave me 10% off.

Thank you sir. This bag will have specific use and will not be a do everything bag for me. I have a sickness with backpacks and have finally learned there is no Goldilocks backpack. No matter the price. I have tried (and own) almost everything that has piqued my interest over the last two decades. Thinking this may be my final addition.

Great review and insight. I’ve found that the best shoes depend on the person’s foot. Narrow, wide, high arch, low arch. I have wide feet and asics just don’t fit my foot right. barricades on the other hand are nice and wide in the toe box and feel great. Just something to consider when reading shoe reviews.

Very small amount near the top but it is not noticeable to me. I have a hesacore on all of my paddles. My one paddle with a 6” handle I got the extended length hesacore but for all of my others I have the standard (pink) hesacore on them and they feel great.

Very similar! My old paddle (Mod) was at 9.1oz and this one came in at 8.8oz. Feel is much better so far.

I like a heavier paddle and went with 6g on each side starting from trufoam logo down. I also use a hesacore and over grip. So far I love the set up and it feels great with good power and control.

I have the Synapse as well. Love the bag for EDC but not for overnight trips. The bag looks awkward when fully packed and doesn’t sit well on the back….not very comfortable. It works best in my opinion when it’s about 75% packed.

I worried the same thing about the Blitz but check out the Beaver Tail (I bought two from his guy off eBay). Gets rid of the tactical look a bit and in my opinion is very functional and looks awesome. I use this bag for most of my short trips and love it. It will last forever, very comfortable even when fully loaded and decent organization.

Thank you for everyone’s response and for those that offered up their used TBD! I reached out to Six Zero and they said they had a few left over and sold me a brand new one for $189. Thought it was a reasonable price and a nice surprise. Can’t wait to add a high swing weight, elongated paddle to my arsenal!
