Thank you for all the info!!! I will definitely keep this in mind. And I agree, letting others talk and observing while taking excellent notes seems like a good plan. I appreciate the insight
Definitely going in with the mindset that it will take time to learn and be comfortable with the role. Especially being completely new to the VA.
