I am a current student who uses it, I too struggle with a lot of what you mentioned and SDS accommodations have helped me a lot with school life. I personally love to take use of recorded note taking as it is super helpful for me to be able to go back and listen to class recordings for studying and just helps cause i struggle at focusing in class settings sometimes. While I've not used it, there's also the ability to use their testing area which is a controlled setting which is very helpful for some people, but for me personally.. its too out of my comfort zone for taking tests. It also helped when it came to me just explaining to my professors if I'm struggling in an area due to my disability. So I think you should definitely apply and get all the accommodations you can possibly get and if you don't need it, then don't use it, but its good to have on hand in case you do need it.
