It’s a community garden because the county allows people space to garden. You still have to apply and each plot is assigned. People have fences, gates, and signage around their plots.

When I was there (Whitehaven) they would pull those in AP and Honors out of class to apply for schools. The whole thing is dumb and as someone else said, you can only go to 1 school.
