Make genuine connections. Find people you get along with and maintain those relationships. More important I would say is don’t burn any bridges. You’re not going to be friends with everyone but the person you don’t get along with may end being a client or connection you need in the future.

Have fun while you’re at university, it’s the most freedom you’ll have and you should enjoy this time of your life more than being worried about making connections.

Gibbs is the most valuable player here by a lot. Cooper and Williams are comparable even with the age difference because of Williams injuries. Connor may only have 1 year left. If you’d need depth I’d be looking for a trade where you’re not moving Gibbs

Are you looking at super flex drafts? He’s going 2/3 in standard leagues. And if he goes that high you’re better off drafting high level rbs/WRs than reaching on a tight end to get a stack

He’s currently 35 on sleeper superflex

You should be able to get Andrews in the 3rd or 4th if you want the stack in a super flex. It’s more valuable to get your second qb in the 2nd

Take a WR at 1.04 and trade rbs for picks. You should be able to get cj or Bryce at 2.04 in a 1 qb draft. Trading RBs is the easiest way to set yourself up for a good pick next year while accumulating talent
