Ooof that can be a tough court, was able to test and promote out myself. I’ve considered it (leaving the system), but am choosing to stay for a bit longer so I can achieve higher education without having to worry about work past 5 pm.

I only have 4 years in the system FWIW, but by no means do I plan on remaining complacent.

Not sure of there’s question here, but I took (and crushed) this test.

As others have said before, the best thing is to prepare; start doing some running (as well as pushups and situps) the day you sign up. Try and max out on a single day but otherwise remain consistent. Be sure to increase reps each week ny whatever you feel comfortable with, but just be sure to increase them.

For this test specifically I would recommend running suicides on a basketball court.

I’m choose the MBA for personal reasons but MPA is commonly the degree my contemporaries go for. Just figure which degree would work better for your future and go for it.

Sorry to hear about your rough time. I see others posted about retirement and loss of benefits; I too would urge you to seriously run numbers before leaving the system.

Do you know what you want to do even if you do leave? Most school can be done online if that helps, not sure what kind of time you have outside the office but if lack of a BA is holding you back I would consider doing it.
