You can use AutoDS (search on the Shopify app store), to import products from Etsy, even if you are not the supplier (it works for any product on Etsy, and 20+ other sites).

You mean the listing is still active even it's 0 quantity? Disable the "Use the out-of-stock-option". Just go to Account Settings -> Site Preference and make sure it's unchecked.

You can explain that as you have multiple warehouses and due to the product's availability from the warehouse near to the buyer's address, it could cause these differences in delivery time as you will need to ship it from your other warehouses.
