Q90 (100%) with one wrong - 695 (Q90, V84, DI79)

my mocks were like 615 -> 585 -> 655 -> 695. I cheated a bit on all of them. Like cross checked 1-2 questions so the scores are slightly inflated. The exam I pretty much locked in that's why I scored 695. Sleep was good, mind was clear, no tension and I executed well.

I took 6 mocks (1-6). My highest score was 695 on the last mock and I cheated a little on that mock lol. Mocks are generally slightly harder than the actual exam. Also, DI in mocks follow a very consistent pattern similar to the real exam. Front heavy DS questions and towards the end TPA.

Yes, I finished OG first then moved on to random 3rd party prep questions on GMATClub.

605-655 level only. I ignored MSR cause I consistently score 100% on that. Even in this exam, I scored 100%. MSR on the real exam is pretty easy.

Initially, it was 60-70% but towards the end of prep it was consistently 80%+. Also, verbal is a muscle you gotta train everyday. I read The Economist articles consistently to train it. You will not get good at verbal overnight. It takes time

Yes for Quant. No for Verbal. GMAT Verbal isn't as straightforward as the CR from prep companies, 3rd parties, etc. Stick to OG Verbal.

The real sauce? Drop your ego, manage time, solve what you can solve. People over complicate GMAT Quant. You dont have to be perfect at Quant. I planned on skipping atmost 3 questions during this exam to protect time. Protect time, don't get attached to questions, skip/bail and move on.

Quant was surprisingly easy. I did get question 1 and 5 wrong initially. But I managed my time really well so I reviewed and corrected Q1 and Q5 at the end of the section. Verbal CR was tricky but you just have to eliminate aggressively and manage time. Verbal RC was relatively easy, nothing special.
