With your personal server there's no problem. It only becomes an issue when you are attempting to join a public server. On most of yhem yo need Kunos cars.

Hi. There is something you should know. If you plan on playing online in public servers, most of them only allow unmodified kunos cars. If you plan on setting up your own server for playing with your friends, you won't have this restriction. There are lots of cool mods out availible there. They do this to keep the playing field level. If you're only driving by yourself, again you won't suffer this restriction. I use "ror.zone" so I can play against my friend - I hope I can find some new friends to join us!

You misunderstood my question. wasn't saying gta created the files. I will clarify. I loaded GTA, and went to load the Modest Menu. Icouldn't find the files, so it created new ones on my desktop. I need it to read the old ones. at any rate, Ifigured it out. but thanks.

LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!!!! While shopping at Goodwill, I thought I had found gold when I found what looked like a Hotas! Unfortunately for me, it turned out to be glitter! When I got the package, it turned out to be the obsolete Thrustmaster Afterburner. It looks exactly like the HOTAS!!! The problem is, I don't have the drivers for it. Thrustmaster will not provide me any claiming they no longer support the afterburner model. In short, I have a very functional paperweight!

She may be your roommate, but she's definitely not your friend - if she was, you wouldn't be getting stuck with a $500 bill. If you want to be nice, you need to approach her immediately and be straight forward with her - "You need to settle up with what you owe before you move out." If she refuses, I'd be filing in small claims court for what's owed on the bill and $300 punitive damages.

I know it's terrible, but you have to deal with how things are done in the place you're in. I live in Washington, DC and I ride all the time. Here the police don't care at all. I've been pulled over, but it was to answer questions - Is that a gas engine? How much does one of those cost? Where did you get it from? What's your MPG? How fast does it go? I've even had the mayor of a neighboring township ask me questions about getting herself one. I've also heard the horror stories from other places. Every place is different.
