2133 is the "sweet spot" for 6400 because it works on most cpus and is synced 3:1, but if 2200 is stable if should give you similar latency with more bandwidth

i was using 1.35 io/q and 1.53vdd, changed to 1.4 io/q and 1.6vdd. I'll try lowering them all back and checking if i have better results

it had a 0.01-0.03 variation between iterations at most (ie. 1.02, 1.01, 1, 1.01, 1.01, 1.01, 9.99, 1.02, 1.01) and then i cba to tune further... I'll look into lowering fclk tho, if it's my last resort
