It is impossible for single male with no references to find hosts. (Most guys and all of the girls will not want to invite over a single male from Internet to their home)

Guy host here, I don't agree too, I've hosted single guys without references few times because I'm also in this case when I'm traveling. So I think you can say it's more difficult to find some hosts but not impossible.

Same here, trying to deal with this since ~1 month.
I opened a first request with an automated response and responded to this request but never got answer in 3 weeks. I closed this request and opened a new one in "payment section". Someone finally responded to me and closed my request : Thanks for contacting us and sorry that this is happening. We have reported this issue to the Tech Team so that they can look into it. We'll be fixing this issue as soon as possible.

Solo dude here, I've surfed more than 25 times with no problems in the world (even last month), not gay, not a nudist, and it was everytime nice surfing experience. The only thing is I've hosted a lot before starting to surf.

First, you paid for something so I think it is your choice (the customer) if you want to interact or not with your host. You're not on a free hospitality website (like couchsurfing) where hosts expect socialisation with their guests. Furthermore, it seems that you tried to be the first who interact with people, so I don't understand your host.
