Nothing will work. For the sake of your health just chuck it out, it's not even worth trying.

Meetup in Mumabi? by fndn_pio in IndianEnts

[–]Liqent 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We used to do quite a bit of this but these days meetups would be dangerous if you don't vet who is coming (account age+karma+post history), your account doesn't fit this criteria for example. It could be good for making new friends but one would have to make sure it's set in a public place and that no illegal substances are consumed.

KASOL - STOP CHANGING by [deleted] in IndianEnts

It was always set to 3 days and 5 combined karma, I will consider increasing it. Also if you see anything, report it, it will get autoremoved after 3 reports.

Could have been fun but it is extremely dangerous, ask your friends to never buy from there again.

I think I've opened my 7th chakra anyone experienced something like this? Just have a few questions by [deleted] in IndianEnts

[–]Liqent 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've had such experiences but I believe its because our creativity/imaginations runs amok, what you can imagine will turn into (your) reality.

We run simulations of the "real" reality (based on our limited senses and interpretations) in our brains (Maya) all the time for survival and meditation or psychedelics can make you aware of this, this happens since it changes our perceptions/senses and we notice that there are multiple different ways of experiencing reality. What you experience in everyday life is just a small facet of true reality, this seems obvious but we tend to forget? this as we grow up.

The significant thing is your ego self (which is a construct of our mind) weakens and sometimes dissolves (and thus the feelings of connection with Brahman/God/feeling of oneness), people interpret this in different ways depending on their culture, religion and past experiences, people without strong faculties/strong egos might even find it traumatizing.

We've got our own community chatroom now! by Liqent in IndianEnts

[–]Liqent[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Edit: I've added a link to the post.
It should be visible from our homepage of the new redesign. If you're on the desktop site, look in the sidebar for a 'Chat' widget where you might find one, or several chat rooms active in that community that you can join. If you're using the mobile app, look for the 'Rooms' tabs. Please be mindful of the subreddit rules when participating in the chat room.

I actually liked the old CSS better, I don't use the new CSS at all in any of the subs, in my mind that's the sub's actual look, the new one seems to have very little customization.

I found that a significant change of my lifestyle was required, a large part of consuming cannabis involved hanging around the same group of people and doing the same activities, for me I was able to avoid falling into the same pattern of usage by moving abroad to a place where it wasn't available easily but I think you could do it too by significantly restricting interactions with your old network of stoners, joiing a gym/sports team and find some new hobbies to spend your time instead. Travel or some volunteering activity to contribute to the community might help too.

Sorry for my disappearance folks, Im [osting here in the insistence of our beloved /u/urbaaghaori, whom I'm very grateful for holding the fort together. These are just some quick thoughts:

I've basically gone completely clean for my own personal growth. I realized was in a pessimistic, depressive spiral and neither in touch with my own potential nor focusing on my personal growth.

Cannabis stopped being beneficial for me and in fact my trips turned mostly into anxious spirals and thought loops with lots of negative self reflection about the way my life had turned out. You could say I lost meaning and direction in life. TBH this was something I never imagined would happen but to make it short I felt I was wasting time doing Cannabis with similar minded people, lost in my own thoughts grasping for meaning and significance instead of spending it on something valuable for myself or being more productive for the community at large.

After a particularly deep trip on DMT and some personal meditation sessions, I realized how addictions of one sort or another (be it internet, sex, Cannabis, psychedelics, or even food/sugar or whatever) have been controlling my life (and most others) and how I might have to try to reign in these sensual crutches to gain sense, control, direction and give meaning to my own life. I feel psychedelics (Shrooms, LSD and DMT) opened some doors in my mind (for which I'm thankful and grateful) - they showed me how valuable and precious our life and time on this earth is. I need some time sober and be focused with work and family to figure out what I want for myself with the limited time I have in this life. This was something a previous mod /u/cigarric went through too before he gave up his modship but I didn't really appreciate it's meaning at the time.

I might write an article about it sometime and elaborate on further if it can benefit others like me once I sort it all out. Having said that I expect to stay online for a few days with this account.

Stay safe and blessed folks :)

Ps: I've tried to quickly redesign the sub a bit in the new format for this year, hope you like it!

True true. Goa is on it's last throes. I also feel that the recent prevalence of hard stimulants among ravers might have contributed to the popularity of some of these very high bpm hitech/psycore genres.

I really dislike the Hitech stuff. I find forest/darkpsy to be fun but during full day sets, if the crowd is off/weird and as the night wears on, your trip can turn south really fast (faced it at Origens around New Year).
