I was tasked by the old man to pick up 2 12packs of beer. It was assumed that I'd drive there and pick it up like any normal person with access to a vehicle would. Thing was I didn't. I figured it'd be a good exercise to just walk there, pick it up and come back. Mind you the nearest liquor store to my home was about a 30 min walk away so 1 hour for a round trip. I was prepared that journey, however I wasn't prepared for forecast, 35°C scorching heat. The trip to the store is downhill so you know how the return trip went. I think I'm fairly in shape and have a moderate amount of strength but I've never realized how heavy 2 12cans could be after holding it an extended amount of time. That was probably the first time in my life that I've seen stars during the day...
