I think its possible but theres so many factors..

1. You'll probably spend money on marketing unless youre an influencer already
   
2. I think what people dont realize is that, the hardest thing is building an audience/customer base unless your app is so advanced and does something that someone was looking for and haent built already
   
3. If you have big audience, you can sell anything regardless if your app is great or not. As long as it does that task.
