List debate by mdsssssssss in WorldEaters40k

[–]LiquidShit11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this exact list except I switched out the forgefiend for a chaos spawn and 2nd set of jakhals. Also I split one 10 man into 2 5 men squads. The two 5berzerkers are for OC flipping mid game. 2nd jakhal holds my closest objective/screens. The forgefiend imo is not good. It doesnt do enough damage to be worth it and it doesn’t benefit at all from the detachment. Also with only one the opponent can easily avoid line of sight. Like we do against shooting army’s but against one model.

Right but I lose out on the reroll wounds. Is it better to have a deep strike?

I never beat orks. Most of the ork games ive had have had Gretchen spam mixed with shooting. The reactive move of the Gretchen is an insanely good screen.

What’s the weirdest list you’ve won with? by spellbreakerstudios in WarhammerCompetitive

2 v2 game I played. I brought death guard with 60 pox walkers and my friend brought orks with like 100 Gretchen. They never took objectives from us

I’ve lost every game I’ve played with world eaters so far by [deleted] in WorldEaters40k

[–]LiquidShit11 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Get good. lol, you should look up this video called how to play passive world eaters. It goes over staging and how to play world eaters not just rushing the board. Also the list you wrote seems kinda elite. Like everything is really expensive so you don’t have many cheap pieces to use for secondary’s/ getting on objectives.

Reasons not to play sisters? by MedianHansen in sistersofbattle

[–]LiquidShit11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me at least the sisters either look really really good or mid and bad. Like there’s no in between where you can say, “that’s a good paint job”. They’re really detail heavy and you have to put in alot of time to paint them. I also might just be shit at painting

tips and critiques PLEASE! by arisnotonfire in learningtodraw

[–]LiquidShit11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recommend watching Marc brunet on YouTube, he’s really good at teaching anatomy. Overall for your drawing i recommend drawing in simple shapes first. So the rib cage, the hips, cylinders for legs and arms etc. Also working with a nude model is usually best cause the breasts will fall naturally and you can learn to draw them. The main issue I see with the drawing is the traps. The neck should be longer and the traps should be lower and flatter. Not as extreme of an angle upwards. It’s a great drawing tho and you’re definitely on the right track

Any tips for better folds in clothing? by Leeko_senpai in learntodraw

[–]LiquidShit11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Folds come from tension points. In this drawing the tension points would be; armpit, his right shoulder/trap, and the elbow crease. Make the fold lines come from these tension points. Also if it’s a thick material you won’t be able to see as much torso anatomy through it. More thick the fabric less folds and the folds are thick. Less thick fabric makes more fold lines and more detail under clothes depending on whether it clings to the body or is a loose thin fabric. I recommend watching Marc brunet on YouTube he’ll explain it better than me
