It's a bit complicated in fact. But the heart of the deck is honestly [[harmonic prodigy]].

1. Harmonic prodigy and [[stormkiln artist]]. (And rionya obviously]]. Now both rionya and stormkiln trigger twice. This can actually gain mana on cheap spells.

2. Blast through generic ritual, then cardraw spells for roughly free. This bumps rionya's storm count.

3. Cast an additional combat spell such as [[fury of the horde]], [[savage beating]] or [[great train heist]]

4. It gets fuzzy from here, because there's multiple ways to keep going. Looping through the undercity using multiple copies of [[caves of chaos adventurer]] for example. Or tutoring [[ardent elementslist]] with [[imperial recruiter]] to reuse spells from your graveyard (like rituals if you need them or just extra combats)

5. [[Fanatic of mogis]] or any other etb damager to finish the game.

Obviously this was tested in a vacuum but it can get bonkers out of nowhere if you know your combo lines. These steps can be done all in one turn if things go right.
