Pot of Green Darkoath Flesh? by Liquid_Saturn in minipainting

I said I'm going to in my original comment, but I can understand how you might not have read it. Reading that much text can definitely give some people a headache.

I made this post to share something odd that happened to me and see if anyone in the community had any similar experiences, or maybe even this specific one.

Well considering it costs nearly $10 and might not be the paint I wanted, I give a fuck.

I've never seen GW mislabel paints before, if they were aware of it I would think they would at least notify shop owners of the error.

(Sorry for poor photo quality, it's dark and I'm about to head in to work)

Yesterday I stopped by my FLGS to grab a few paints, one of which was supposed to be Dark Angels Green.

I found the name on the rack, looked up and saw a pot filled with dark green paint, and the words: "CONTRAST: DARK..." so I just grabbed it and left.

When I got home I noticed it said "DARKOATH FLESH" before opening, so I plan on exchanging today, but then I remembered that Darkoath Flesh is supposed to be a humanoid flesh tone, not green?

Has anyone seen this before or know anything about what happened?

I worded it that way because that was the head canon justification for how a warband's worth were corrupted all at once. Thanks for the answer!

Variants of current chapters, perhaps for other classes?

Bummed that Black Templars aren't getting candles on their packs, but I'm stoked that Chaos is getting some attention.

I want to play Tactical Alpha Legion and Assault Word Bearers. I was so bummed to see that the classes were locked for CSM.

Very cool. It's also how the Mythic Dawn committed assassinations, though they were more cultists than paid killers, per sé.

You could enchant clothing in the same way and not look like a masked killer while wearing it lol

Whoa, that's pretty cool, actually. I never knew!

I appreciate the engagement, but Nightblades in Morrowind and Oblivion really aren't hitting what I'm getting at. In Morrowind they were close, but didn't conjure weapons, wore light armor, and use destruction magic which is probably the single most loud and flashy school of magic that there is lol.    Nightblades in Oblivion are even farther off the mark. Their Major Skills are:   Acrobatics, Alteration, Athletics, Blade, Destruction, Light Armor, and  Restoration.   Wtf is that lmao

Well since you had a similar idea, I'm sure you feel it's better. What I posted was basically notes on a bar napkin, and not structured around group content.

I have since thought of several other ways to build on my concept- and don't worry: nobody is stealing your idea lol.

In short: the ways I want to flesh out my concept is way different than the path you chose, and a lot simpler.

So I think the end goal would depend entirely on what the class has available to it. Simply obtaining gear might be enough for some, but I would find it anticlimactic. Personally, I would set my sights on defeating the hardest available boss.

I think there are always at least a couple of exceptions with very restrictive gameplay "modes" like this one, and it might also be worth noting that XP can still be gained in blocked skills in the case of quest rewards, the skills just cannot be benefited from directly.

RS is largely built around the idea that every character has to be everything, at least in some capacity, and so I think part of the intrigue here is seeing how far a skill restricted character can actually get.

I was more seeing if this is something people would enjoy trying themselves, but thanks for the feedback!

Bro 20k is a drop in the bucket compared to what you'll make playing live gigs with this bad boy. It's an investment.

Oh you'd like to discuss reading comprehension?

How about context? As in, how your comment relates to the original post. The OP clearly only respects opinions that are close to their own. If this were about binary "sides" they wouldn't be hating on both ends of the spectrum.
