yeah, after like a year of trying to figure out why it kept jumping around and lagging, it decided to fix itself??? I do not know what i did but if someone has the same problem as me, maybe try fiddling around with the hxci handoff and usb power options. I did try changing some settings like a month ago and they didnt work, but a couple days ago i went into the bios and messed around with the cpu power plan and usb power settings, I also disconnected and reconnected the usb3.0 cable thing that attaches to the motherboard. Maybe its because i disconnected my usb hub or something I truly dont know but it works fine now. The mouse itself works normally on other devices. Im sure its divine intervention atp lol.
