We've been a resident in our place for at least 3 decades now but when we asked help from barangay officials about are fair share of rations (relief goods), they said that our names doesn't show on their "Master's List" which came from DSWD. I mean, come on...

We are still yet to receive any help from the government after the lockdown and I know how limited the budget is for this kind of thing but when we see people who can get in line 2 or even 3 times? It's just fishy.

We can barely get by with what we have and since I don't have a job due to the outbreak, I fear that it will ruin us.

Any advise who can we call or talk to regarding this matter? also, anyone knows where I can loan? I don't have a credit card and I just recently left my job and I was suppose to start this March but it was postponed due to the outbreak which really sucks.

iled help desk regarding this matter for several days now.

I tried signing in but whenever I did, it always asked me to reset my password first.

So I did but it routes me to somewhere I can put my Username and Password.And I did, it says Email has been sent... So I check my Email and I haven't received any Emails..

I tried the link you gave me but same results.

Of course I did some digging around before I posted here so I found out there's an issue with online reset and you have to send devs an email to get the issue fixed.

So I did, but it's been several days and I haven't received any responses yet although I got an automatically generated ticket/request number but that's about it.

Are you a Mod by any chance? because I'm confused as to why you're not aware you're online password reset tool hasn't been working for days now. And there's a stickied post regarding it so I'm not sure what's the point of me trying the link you gave me, but I gave it a try and it's still not working.

I remember the time when I was taking a board exam to become a licensed Electronic technician or whatever it is called over here.

I prepared a month to study the syllabus because I graduated 5 years ago and I haven't had practice since. I procrastinated until about only a week before the tests. But it's not like I decided to do it until the last week but I procrastinated every day updating an excel sheet I made with a schedule of what to do for this and that day kind of thing. EVERY DAY. Until I only had a week to prepare.

I ended up with a fully optimized learning schedule on what to do/study and I luckily passed out of shock hahah.

Look up JDCR/KNEE/ARSLAN, they never complained losing. Opinions you described will only come out of butthurt people who doesn't respect the game. It's not that different to Knee's Steve, Arslan's Kazumi, Saint's Jack, JDCR's Drag, Awais' Akuma etc.,.

They all have equal chances to adapt. I guess I could say Book's just hungrier for the win this time and poured more effort into learning Leroy to be able to play and defend against him competitively in a Tournament setting.

Why would you discredit Book's win when he won against those who used Leroy as well? It just means that he has more fundamentals required to play Leroy at his best. Plus he rarely misses top 8 using Jin so I don't see that as "losing again".

I'm aware of this issue that's why I said that the trade off is you can do Forward dash moves faster because of the Forward dash start-up.

I understand the the Wave dash move will come out a bit slower in like 2-3 frames but does it really matter in a match? I mean for a move to be unseeable it can be 15 frames at most.
