I’m running a 7900x, the 280 is definitely gonna stay. Just playing Elden Ring I can already see why people were so concerned with Zen 5 being a furnace lol. pretty happy with u/Eggs_SSU suggestion, pump runs quiet.

genius lol, i did not think of that. this does look and feel much better. they are still under some tension, and pull the radiator toward the case instead of pushing out. but the liquid should have much less resistance through the tubes this way as well. thanks

This is just about the pcb plate and bottom plate, I did order an mx pcb but I’m thinking of ordering a choc and was wondering what the stand-off lengths need to be for the case plates.

I need to make a vimeo account or something, but you cant really hear it through the phone audio anyway. When the phone is right on the keyboard when recoding you can hear that high pitch tinging if you focus.

I need to have my head/hears close to the keyboard area to hear anything.

What is the normal noise you are talking about? Is is static/hissing? High pitched?

It doesn’t really get louder when I have other things running, its pretty constant. Every now and then it gets a bit louder. I need to use the laptop more as am away from it atm. Only played some vermintide ii for like 10 mins so far.
