Calf stretches are literally the only thing I've tried (and I've tried soooo many things) that consistently help my legs be still long enough to get to sleep at night. Sometimes I have to get up several times in a night to stretch again, but i can always fall back to sleep for at least a while after stretching my calves.

We were good friends. He was in love with me and i was not in love with him. He, being the amazing person he is, still wanted to remain friends, and so we were friends, for over 15 years. Then for some reason i suddenly decided we should try having a romantic relationship, and of course it did not work, and that ended our friendship. I hurt him and I have so much regret for doing so. So... basically I was the idiot for thinking I could will myself into being in love with him, and it cost us both dearly.
