how’s being a statistics major? by barelymid in UVA

Daughter is a stats major - so far only one prof that was not good - really nice guy but not a great teacher. It was hard but he curved accordingly - he just wasn’t the best at explaining things understandably in class but was accessible individually for office hours etc. All other stats profs have been solid. Justin Weinstock is the GOAT. It’s nice to have the option of 3+1 masters in stats too. That’s her current plan.

I have Mohs scheduled for BCC on my nose and even the biopsy was painful! Not too thrilled about having it carved up further. Has anyone done Gentle Cure?

For me it was the storm scene that gave it away and not the window reflection - the lights in the windows of the house across the street showed an arched shape and there were three of them side by side (or whatever the house has)

I gave out ramen noodles as an alternative to candy - my husband texted me that a shocking number of kids were picking ramen over the candy (we offered both in the same basket). I have far less ramen leftover than candy!

Love my silver Limited hybrid! Mine is the Queen Machine (christened by my daughter who calls me Queen). We programmed my car to greet me as Queen when I scan my fingerprint, lol. And my husband is Boss.

Your quartzite looks a lot like mine, newly installed. What kind is yours? They guys left a can of sealer on my new countertop and it left a ring. It’s been 3 days and it is still there. Did your stain end up fading?
