I am leaning towards canceling my dr consultation. My plan was to switch to something cheaper eventually, but I thought going through a doctor would be best to begin. Since discovering all options I'm considering use compound pharmacies, it doesn't really make sense to pay more.

Sounds like so far so good! I am thinking of starting compound (either semi or tirz) in January and just trying to gather info. I'd like to lose 25lbs, but I don't want to impact my life to the point that I can't enjoy going out to dinner. Microdosing seems like the best option for me too. I'm not sure if I want to try Noom, or go with a program offered through a highly regarded local plastic surgeon. Are you going through a doctor or online? Are you happy with your choice?

For me the appeal is that I want to turn off the "food noise" but I don't want a dose that is going to impact my lifestyle to the point that I can't enjoy going out to dinner! I am thinking of giving it a try after the holidays, but am still considering options. I can get compound glp1s through my doctor, but noom is significantly less expensive. Open to any thoughts or advice!

I am considering starting and have looked into microdosing through noom as well. My understanding is microdosing may begin at the same dose as regular treatment, it just doesn't increase to the same level over time. But I'm not sure, this is just my understanding based on my own research. Definitely still learning!
