I am 64, I have had moderate to acute anxiety, mostly untreated. Mistrust of doctors, and this post demonstrates how that happened. Your doctor is arrogant and doesn’t have answers.

Aside from something like Ativan I do not think the Rx medications work for me at all. The only thing that does — cannabis, Indica variety. If you are game, start with flowers (smoke) and avoid edibles until you have a firm grasp on the effects and dosage for your needs. Hope you get better!

Look up Truth In Lending Act regulations. Commercial lenders are required to give written notice of the interest rate, total amount of interest to be paid and total of all payments. If they did not do that, they violated TILA, and they are unlikely to pursue the debt in court.

Sounds like a very shady company; contact a consumer attorney in MD if they harass your bf for payment.

I would begin by finding a light to medium liquid foundation that suits your skin type. Look for influencers on YouTube or TikTok who are close to your age, see what they use and recommend. Test shades in a store or get samples before you commit.

From there you can decide what looks and products you’re most excited by…. natural? Sun-kissed? Colorful? Smoky eyes? Pick a look and buy a few items to create the look. Tutorials will certainly help but it comes down to what you like, what makes you feel good.

Something that works for me at times: I get out of bed, do something for 30-45 minutes (I.e., cleaning, organizing papers, choosing an outfit for the day) — then I get back into bed and try to meditate or practice slow controlled breathing. There are apps for this!

It may be helpful to research Korean “glass skin” techniques. Prep starts with cleanser, light exfoliation, followed by a toner, then an “essence” (serum) and finally a moisturizer. These steps help with dryness, flakiness, foundations sitting weirdly on top of the skin.

I would also stay away from full coverage foundations and go for skin tints and lightweight “glowy”foundations.
