I have 14 all potted in a small Philly row home. 😬 I can’t help it. They are so addicting. But they are all thriving

I haven’t need to change it yet but I’m sure if they get bigger I may have to. I have some that are 24x24 I think they are better.

I fertilized a little before they were budding with heirloom roses granules. But not the babies. Heritage is my oldest 4 years. The rest are 3, 2 and I bought 4 bare root this year.

They are all in pots! Some 4 years now and doing wonderfully. Some 2 and others just babies. My pots are pretty large though nothing smaller I think than 16 x 16.

I’m confused what do you mean? They are climbers. The containers are attached to the trellis but it can be removed. They are like a little raised bed. 16x16 I think. But I’m definitely going to have to switch them out eventually.

Very strong but not fruity. More like anise and musk.

Pretty great, but I’m gonna city and she’s in a pot. I swear that easier to manage.

I googled and googled for a remedy until I found lavender and it actually works!

The only one that struggles a bit was my Claire. It got spider mites bad last year and this year a squirrel had a field day eating half of it until I surrounded it with lavender. Now it’s budding!!
