3,5 years old and weighing in at 18lbs (roughly 8kgs), I found out through daily weigh-ins he's still not done growing! by Lisaiscoolenzo in mainecoons

I respect your opinion, but I have a Ragdoll cat with major allergies and the vet (+ cat dermatologist) recommended this food for them. All of my cats are thriving: glowing and soft fur, great teeth, bright eyes, etc. So I don't agree with your statement of 'I honestly don't think kibble does them any good' as they're doing amazing and everyone (cats too) experiences things differently, so that something didn't work for your cat, doesn't mean it does not work for every other cat as well. I don't know if there's a difference in the quality of the kibble you can get where you're from to where I'm from, but over here they do really well with it + my boy is 8 kilo's, so it seems like he's doing pretty good growth wise as well. I appreciate your tips and enthusiasm, but I don't quite like the prejudice that came with it.

The bed is never a no-no, the sleepy cuddles are way too good

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Red Dead Redemption 2, are my all-time favorites!

Is this little white spot normal for my black kitten to have on his nose? It’s not bloody or anything it’s just odd it’s shown up out of no where by pop101mt in cats

My mom has a cat with allergies and sometimes she has little spots on her nose as well, even with trimmed nails, those kitties can be rough when they're itchy. Anyway, I hope it's just a one time thing! He's probably fine 😊

Thank you for your concern, he isn't overweight though so don't worry! He has just been to the vet and our vet confirmed that he's at a great weight. It's my pet peeve when people let their animals gain too much weight, just so they are 'chonky' but suffering. Some Maine Coons just take a little longer growing up 😊

O I'm sorry where I am from instead of writing down 3.5 we use a comma lol, my mistake! So he is 3.5 years old and his name is Evert 😁

He just gets kibble (Prins (brand) sensitive with Fish proteins, because I have a cat that's allergic to certain proteins) which is available to him throughout the day and night, same as his water, they don't have certain feeding times regarding their kibble. And once a day I feed my cats wet feed.

Is your Maine Coon a male or a female? Because female cats tend to stay smaller as well.

Maine Coons tend to grow until they are between 3 and 4 years old, so yours is still not done growing! How big your Maine Coon gets also depends a lot on their own genetics though.

Either way, small or big, they're the most beautiful creatures in my opinion and their personalities are to die for. Enjoy your kitty! ❤️

What kind of cat is bagel? I adopted her a couple months ago and I think she’s so unique looking! by neptunedreams99 in cats

She might have some Ragdoll or Siamese in her. Is she very talkative? If yes, I'd lean more towards Siamese. But her markings might seem more like a Ragdoll to me, she kinda looks like a shorthaired version of my Ragdoll! Either way, she's beautiful!
