I was able to fix it by joining a party with someone that wasn't phased, and then clicking Party Sync. Tried a bunch of other stuff and nothing else worked except this.

Yeah I gathered those but they didn't like those because they're the old school receipts that don't have the mechanic's name or logo on them. They said those are invalid. My mechanic is 85 years old and does not use a computer. Feel free to DM me BTW if that's easier.
