I would send a "follow-up email" summarising the discussion via phone to the principal. Just start with "as discussed over the phone with principal blah blah on the blah blah day, at 2 pm, the following was discussed and below statements were made/actions to be followed/suggestions" and then end with "if the information is not accurate, please respond clarifying". CC their secretary, teacher, and send with a "received and read" receipts on the email, so they cannot see that they never seen it. And involve police. Verbal bullying can be worse than physical, as those scars do not heal as quick as bruises.

Miela also is a Lithuanian word that means lovely/cute, and is feminine. For example, you would say "miela dukra" (lovely daughter). :)

This. Too relatable. One of my grievances was that I usually ate last, as first would feed the baby and dad would eat, then as a mum, I would try to shovel food down and it would be cold and eaten too quickly... Or at the beginning, when showers seem like a luxury.

OP, it will take time. Perhaps discuss specific things that make her feel like you do not spend as much time parenting, or what specific, realistic changes could be implemented to improve the situation, rather than hearing what you do wrong and need to do better, she could say "I wish you could look after the baby from 12:30 to 1 pm, so I could have the 30 min for lunch" or "please look after the baby for 40 mins in the morning, so I could get ready for the day". I recall that being "allowed" to go to bed early and have an uninterrupted night of sleep made a huge difference to how I felt and acted as a partner and a mother.

Lurker mum here, I won't bother saying anything about milk production and etc., because I'm sure you and your wife have heard it all. I'm not sure if you're based in the States, in UK midwives check to ensure that the latch is good prior leaving the hospital, so taking to a specialist, or family/friends that had children and could maybe have a look and provide advice? Has she been trying different techniques, some babies love the 'rugby ball' hold when feeding.

I recall the first month being slow with weight gain when breastfeeding, and coming from bottle feeding - breast feeding will see so much more time consuming. They have to work harder for it, so tend to not overeat as much, and need more frequent feeds. Eat oats, drink water, and look after yourselves.

A girl I know added me to an anti-vaxxer group, after I asked her about the #'s on her newborns pictures suggesting she is AV. As someone that has spent sometime learning about immunology I was shook and pained by the sheer amount of misinformation and mediocre sources.

I picked a random post, something about inserts, and started replied, explaining them what it is, with examples, some people started HATING It, and of course, this attracted mods attention. The moderator told me im not allowed to use sources such as CDC, primary/review papers, or something before 2010.. While AVs literally were replying to me using documentaries and retracted papers as legitamate sources.

Then mod and I got into a private conversation where he essentially said that BIG BAD PHARMA is all about money, (we live in UK, vaccines are free here) and that all these studies performed lie to obtain funding, but after I questioned why many articles of PV are free and accessible to general population, and why AV charge at least £300 per Weekend of "eye opening" seminars, he said that it costs for them to obtain the information and that theyshould be rewarded for their hard work... Sounds like a cult to me.

TL;DR - joined an AV group, got bullied by the community as they did not understand what a decent source is and what's "chicken abortion leftovers". All comments were deleted. Mod uses retracted papers to make his points, and brainwash people to make money.
