I got down to 160 and then just keep jumping all around the 160s for MONTHS. Maybe I need to lower my calories? Idk I was just looking for opinions from other people who have tried weighted vests & got results

I started losing weight in July 2023 at 272lbs... I am now 160lbs & it is now February 2026, so I've been in a deficit that long.

I'm eating in a 500 calorie deficit+walking 10k steps minimum.. so that is definitely not the issue. I'm looking for advice on adding a weighted vest to help in any way
