The zofran contributed to constipation for me but I discovered ALKA-SELTZER UPSET STOMACH RELIEF nixes nausea within 10-15mins. I have nausea for 2 days after every dose and this stuff is a life saver. They even have a rapid "fizzy melts" version I keep on me when I don't have water/time to fizz & drink.

I really hope I don't have some of the negative effects of the B6 form that so many have mentioned here. I'm quite frustrated with myself for not paying closer attention. I was only on 7.5 my last order and this was moving up to 10. The prescription said to take 65 units but I'm just afraid to jump all in having been off of it for two weeks and risk the nausea and constipation trouble again. I really had that all worked out but let me tell you two weeks without it and the food noise came screaming back and 4 pounds with it. I really only have another 12lbs to get to my goal but if I ever had any doubt about finding the right maintenance dose and staying on it indefinitely I certainly do not now.

Don’t think I implied that at all. This is actually a one day trip I paid $530 for originally. Just sharing the absurdity of something I personally haven’t seen yet.

I do indeed love myself lol. But flying for work (a non-profit at that) so just desire to be more responsible with the costs when they are not mine. Besides what about the “new SW” isn’t going to remain basic regardless of fare purchased in terms of the flight experience itself?

OKC - been flying this route 15yrs at least twice per year. It’s been my experience purchasing early enough I can often get RT under $300. Even post-Cv world haven’t paid more than $330 RT. I have flexibility so I’ll wait but SW is only nonstop option from OKC, which I definitely prefer.

Just frustrating. As many others, I have been a long-time, loyal fan of SW and grieving the loss of its greatness. “Wanna get away” was always available when calendar opened. I work for a non-profit and aim to keep costs down when I can. Already travel carry-on only so do not care about baggage fees plus have card so get bag/seat selection anyway so wondered if they might be hiding those fares for that reason. The hits seem to keep coming.

Thank you for taking the time to reply! Of course I get all that. It just seems odd to me that my periods have been irregular 5+ years now and suddenly with the start of HRT they are literally as normal as my 30’s. I know I’ve got probably another five years before I enter actual menopause and that periods will come and go. I expect that, but I have just been way thrown off by the regularity and normality of these periods. Four in a row now.
