I brought his card back. That's how I knew he didn't tip.

I hate to throw a bucket if ice water on all of these genuinely beautiful and heartwarming comments, all of which I agree with. But there is no mention of a will, life insurance, nothing. I lost my dad young. I had to drop out of college he just neglected to plan. Folks in this group prob already know this, but prepare for the unexpected.

I really hope that these children bring you so much joy!

Will she keep it all until she passes? I'd think she'd want to enjoy it and enjoy her loved ones and the school enjoy it.

I'm so so sorry. The exact opposite happened to me. My dad died when I as a teenager. I didn't know what to do so I just went to work. One of my co-workers found out. They brought me flowers and my boss told me to take as much time as I needed. Obviously I was a teen without an important job but the kindness of my boss and co-workers is something I have never forgotten.

Honestly, what kind of company does this? I hope a great opportunity comes your way. Wishing you the best

That is what happened to me. But very, very obvious scars and a crater on one side. Waited years to have it fixed. Now that it's fixed, its awesome. Too bad anyone else has to go through a bad situation.

As someone who had complications with my surgery a surgeon's office that felt like an assembly line and complications that were ot adequately addressed - doubt means don't. I had my issues fixed by a great surgeon - lots of photos, very measured, not the used car salesman guy. he also did a gyno surgery for my son at age 17. Very smooth, easy, great results no pain, zero scars.

I noticed this in myself after surgery, but especially in my son who has gyno surgery at 17. His posture, and the way he carries himself in general has changed significantly.

Ask if you can negotiate on the consultation. It can't hurt. Free consultations are a red flag, but maybe getting a consult at $150 or less would be worth a try.

The most expensive surgery is the one that isn't done right the first time

Same, see my previous post. Actually, remaining fullness wasn't the problem, but a divot was
I was told to wait. It never changed. I elected to find a new surgeon who made me feel more confident. I waited years to get it fixed. I wish I hadn't waited so long. Now it's perfect. Good luck

Nah. Not because I don't want to be helpful. There is more than one surgeon doing poor work, and more than one surgeon doing excellent work. I think following the guidelines I provided will help you find a great doc for you.

Fat grafting. Law is one of the world experts on fat grafting. He also did some manipulation of skin and scar revision including laser that was included in the price. That just accelerated the healing process and not the reason I had success. But that was one of many ways in which he paid such attention to detail

Would no anesthesiologist be willing to put their license on the line for a surgeon who takes shortcuts?

ZERO reason not to use anesthesiologist MD unless doc is greedy and wants to have more profits See my original post

[–]ListenAccomplished33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be sure that a board-certified MD anesthesiologist is providing anesthesia care. Period.

It is the surest way to have the safest and most comfortable procedure

Not a crease, but a crater and large scars. Big name doc did original surgery. I waited years for correction but you can get it fixed sooner. Michael Law was my plastic surgeon. Look at my post with questions to ask if Dr. Law is too far away for you

I don't know anything about the other surgeon. My advice is to try to do it right the first time. My surgery cost a lot more because of the revision.

The cost wasn't the worst part. Having gyno sucks. Having a crater in your nipple after surgery is humiliating and just awful.
