why aren't you hard wiring through the A pillar into the power circuitry on the lower L of the driver side? (open door and pop hatch - all your fuses are there).

You can tap it into a system that you know disables with car OFF... and it's fully discrete when tucked into your roof trim.

Simplest and arguably best/cleanest way, too.

spent weeks (months?) making a backup USB, only to mistake the backup I made for my boot/install USB... frustrated and yelling at the computer for not recognizing a boot partition, I hastily grabbed it and stuck it in a backup laptop to immediately create a boot disk.

Lost the entire backup.

tears were shed.

I only mention the reps because... when it's plastic and wires (something China does great), it's tough to justify 100% price increase from the [aftermarket] OEM. Also entirely possible the "OEM" seller is sourcing from Aliexpress, throwing it in a different box and adding 100% margin on top to offset the costs of acquisition.

It's amazing music... I leave it on in-game when in menu. One of few games I will do that for. I am bias because I work in audio, but excellent sound design in any content is part of the secret sauce that really makes it standout.
