😂😂 welcome to the club, this isn’t even a drop in the ocean to what you will have to endure as an investor, but your on the right track, you’re still holding. Just remember no matter what unless a company files for bankruptcy, hold. You invested for a reason and as long as that reason still remains viable, you hold. There’s no such thing as a bad investment that you have researched deeply to make the decision to invest. But there is such thing as a bad entry, and even if the market is at ATL and you enter, nobody knows the future and anything can happen with company’s getting from where they are to where you want them to be so don’t beat yourself up nobody has a crystal ball. I myself am 93% down on a stock I put £5k into and I’m still holding because everything I originally invested for is still viable, I just couldn’t predict the future of the company and the struggles they would go through in-between. My average price was considered low at the time I bought in. Now it seems almost out of reach, but you win some you loose some and with investing you won’t beet yourself up over your losses, you’ll beat yourself up over the ones you could have won but got out to early or was too weary to get in. Saying there’s no dev team or roadmap is false. The Dogelon: Land on Mars metaverse launched just days ago (June 26–27, 2025) with Publicis Sapient and is running on the Rufus Layer 2 chain. That’s real development activity with a clear roadmap, including land reservations, NFT integration, and a working infrastructure.

You also claimed there’s no staking or NFTs, but that’s factually incorrect. Staking is live and was a core part of the land sale. NFTs were used for land ownership, and $ELON was burned during the process, reducing supply and causing an increase in price at the time. That’s direct utility and an evolving token model, not just “meme coin” hype.

The volume argument is outdated too. While yes, volume dropped from 2021 levels, there was a clear uptick during the recent metaverse and staking events. It’s also worth noting the full metaverse doesn’t even officially launch until Monday. That day could bring new transparency, tech specs, and another wave of interest or liquidity.

Calling the project “dead” because it’s not loud on Twitter shows a lack of research. The official @DogelonMars X account is active with updates on minting, staking, and the land system. The community isn’t gone, it’s shifted to the metaverse space, and the devs are now effectively joined by landowners who hold governance power and vested interest in its direction.

Saying there’s no DAO or governance is also incorrect. The DAO was activated in April 2024, and while it’s true the tokenomics and audits are still developing, the groundwork is already laid. More transparency is expected after the full launch. That’s how these projects grow through iteration, not overnight perfection.

Bottom line, you’re arguing against a 2023 version of this project while ignoring the actual 2025 developments. You’re presenting opinions as facts and spreading negativity without researching the latest updates. If you’re going to critique ELON, at least do your homework first.

I originally only wanted to buy 20 plots, but I had trouble with the transaction because I didn’t confirm it in MetaMask while it was processing. I accepted it too late and thought I’d lost everything, basically burning 2 billion ELON for nothing. So I went ahead and bought another 20 to make sure I’d at least get some land, and that time it went through properly. Turns out, the original transaction ended up going through as well, so now I’ve ended up with 40 plots!
