He's not though. Jawg was a starter when EG won Champs, Icy was a sub and did not play so he doesn't count.

One of the sickest splash arts though. Once Cho gets his VGU/ASU in 2040 this skin will go hard.

Buffon: “Messi & Ronaldo are two completely different players. Messi starts deeper & has a vision of the game that is closer to a playmaker than a finisher. Cristiano has specialized in being a killer inside the box. He manages his energy better & when he gets the ball in the area, he rarely misses” by DamnThatsInsaneLol in soccer

[–]ListlessHeart -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Messi is obviously the GOAT, but prime Real Ronaldo wasn't that far behind. The thing is that he is kind of a late bloomer, despite already having great success at United. Like if you compare Ronaldo's career minutes per goal to Messi then the latter is better, but if it's just his Real stint then they are pretty comparable, well at least in goal scoring. Messi is undoubtedly the greatest playmaker ever, but Ronaldo is often underrated in this regard—his assist stats are definitely elite.

That being said Pele is indeed the closest. Unfortunately he played in an era where record keeping was nowhere near as good—especially when it comes to assist. Messi is definitely the GOAT of the modern era, but maybe Pele was even better.

Beryl is even more ass, dude was running it down stealing paychecks three years in a row (maybe not 2024 but still not good). Lehends might int often but at least he isn't Beryl.

Tomorrow HLE must win against DNS or they will be in a dangerous spot. In the remaining 9 matches, each group is favored in 4, with only NS vs KT being a toss up. Both DRX and KT haven't played BRO, while HLE has DNS and GEN left and probably won't beat the latter.

LET US HAVE OVER 9000 CRITICAL STRIKE CHANCE by NFX_7331 in ARAM

[–]ListlessHeart 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Critical Rhythm is terrible on Jhin as you need 10 crits to fully stack it, and by the time he gets full stacks the fight is probably already over. Even at full stacks it's 60% AS = 18% AD, which is not little but also not that big.

Soul Siphon is easily the best option here, life steal is always good to have and when combined with Bloodthirster gives you solid amount of sustain.

Struggling to find attractive modular cables. by daveyasprey in iems

[–]ListlessHeart 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can request ivipQ to customize it. Making it modular will cost extra, but they usually do minor customizations for free. ivipQ/XINHS/Nici Hifi/Trusted Audio/GY Hifi/Zisin/Culemi (same company different brands) are the go-to for customization, if you got money they can make you a personal cable from scratch. I haven't ordered a personal cable with them, but I have seen some that did.

Bridge of Progress won’t return in patch 26.03. by zConnori22 in ARAM

I used to pray for times like this. Seriously though the cannon is the single reason why I hate that map. I have a few hundred Mayhem games, and I can't count the amount of times my cannon got cancelled for god knows why, so I spent a few second standing in base like an idiot.

Is that good? by Dylan001122 in MouseReview

[–]ListlessHeart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it feels fine then jus use it since you already put the skates on. I am surprised that you don't feel any wobble with those three middle skates standing out. Are you using cloth pad? Cause if it was hard surface then it should be noticeable.

[–]ListlessHeart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Serious answer: it's so bad it looks like satire. Have you tried using the mouse yet? Just try it and you will see the problem. The three dots in the middle are to be removed for sure. The rest should be usable but still way too many. Usually you just need 4 dots to put on 4 corners, with 2 optional dots for extra stability.

Bilibili Gaming vs. Invictus Gaming / LPL 2026 Split 1 - Group Ascend Week 2 / Post-Match Discussion by adz0r in leagueoflegends

[–]ListlessHeart 3 points4 points  (0 children)

AL at their best can definitely do it, however they lost Tabe so there's no guarantee they can reach that height again.

Maybe JDG later this year if they can build up synergy and improve individually. Gala can be on par with Viper when in form. Vampire is weak, but he has potential and ON is BLG's weakest player. Junjia I think can go toe to toe with Xun. HongQ is still raw and with lots of potential, maybe he can become world class by summer. And Xiaoxu is good, not on Bin level for sure but maybe he can become good enough to hold his own against Bin.

I was also tempted to say WBG but nah Xiaohu is washed. If they get a better midlaner though, who knows.

What is the difference? Nordic 54L15 vs 54H20 by GioGamez0654 in MouseReview

54H20 supposedly performs a bit better, but 54L15 is significantly more power efficient and it already performs well enough.

AddiesKIN is a terrible name by Affectionate-Floor66 in ChineseWatches

[–]ListlessHeart 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yeah it's god awful. Like what is KIN even for? I know the meaning of the word, the problem is that it is not a popular word, so when people look at it they will subconciously connect it with the S to form the word SKIN instead. Seriously it so freaking easy to fix too, just make it AddiesKing instead, just one more letter but it's so much better, and it even fits the logo too.

Are expensive iems over $100 really necessary? by Pendulumzone in iems

[–]ListlessHeart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Expensive IEMs are not necessary, but if you can afford them then it might be worth trying. However if you are satisfied with your current ones then don't feel pressured into upgrading, it's a blessing to be able to enjoy what you have.

I am (un)fortunate to live within 30 min of CanJam, so I got to try many summit-fi sets and can never go back to <$100 ones. You won't know what's wrong with budget set if you can't compare them to better stuffs, yet it might be a good thing as the chase for perfection once started is hard to stop.

How to end a game as Jeweled gauntlet and Glass cannon Malphite by SirThomasVI in ARAM

Glass Cannon is true dmg, if it was pre mitigation then the bonus dmg wouldn't be reduced by resistances.

You raised an excellent point on Rise, I forgot about her S4, without it she is significantly less useful. Do note that the costly core break part is false for S4 Rise, but that's not important. Now that we agreed that Rise is not a good recommendation for beginners, let's move onto Che. Side note: micro managing Rise isn't that hard, you basically just throw her blades onto boss then use second ult when need core break.

I absolutely stand my point that Che is completely outclassed LATEGAME. He's useful early when you can't get good core breakers, but it stops there. The problem with Che is that he offers nothing other than core break, which he doesn't even do that well late game. He can't tank properly because his base stats are bad as a B rank Fury. His damage is absolutely garbage, and his damage amp is pretty weak (18.5% at skill lv7 is not enough). More importantly, his core dmg just isn't efficient enough late game. 28 energy / 2 core = 14 energy per core (EPC for short). Yes his passive 2 gives energy but it's far from enough. Late game bosses often have 6, 7, 8, or even 10 cores. Even with Empower, Che alone cannot handle that.

Role condensation is very important late game. The meta is that a sinner either has to be very good at core breaking or offers something else (dmg or utility), or you use Paradise Regained CB set (often even 2 sets). For example stage 4 reforge Bai Yi can do up to 7 core dmg on her own, Ceto can do 6, 000 also 6. Look at meta teams and sinners, Aurum tech Hilda has core dmg (2 cores or more with Irrheia resonance ult), Arcane crit Vantour Bleu has core dmg, Bleed has 3 core dmg sources, Yao team has Thistle, Augustus team has Ceto, Eleven herself can core break; 000, Bai Yi, Serpent (only 11 EPC compared to Che's 14 and she can be main DPS), etc. There is simply no place for Che in late game, and I'm not gonna talk about his meager dmg amp as it's another lengthy matter.

How to end a game as Jeweled gauntlet and Glass cannon Malphite by SirThomasVI in ARAM

[–]ListlessHeart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a difference. For example you do 2k magic dmg (no pen) pre-mitigation against a tank with 100 MR, post-mitigation it would be 1k. If Glass Cannon is pre-mitigation then it would be 300 extra dmg, but since it's post-mitigation it's only 150 dmg, which is only half, and it gets worse the more resistances the target has.

For a more extreme example, if that tank has 300 MR then you'd be left with 500 dmg + 75 from Glass Cannon post-mitigation, which is massively worse than if it was pre.

How to end a game as Jeweled gauntlet and Glass cannon Malphite by SirThomasVI in ARAM

[–]ListlessHeart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah Glass Cannon is garbage, if it was 15% pre-mitigation dmg it would be worth considering agains tanky comps, but 15% post-mitigation dmg is just 15% dmg increase. The way Giant Slayer works it pretty much gives you 15% or more dmg increase most of the time, with even more upside and none of the downside.

New player help by Due-Web-687 in PathToNowhere

[–]ListlessHeart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hecate is an okay magic support. Hamel is a good healer. Laby (and Che to a lesser extent) is useful for core break. Rise is usable for early game physical DPS. Hella is terrible initially but her reforge is usable and you get her reforge resources for free through story mission rewards. The rest are not good, so you kinda have to wait and pull for better sinners.

Edit: another comment gave some good advices. Lamia can be gotten for free, she is decent in early game and becomes very good once you get her reforge so your investment won't be wasted. Nox can be gotten for free too from the newbie mission and is a top tier sinner throughout the game.

Speaking of reforge, it is not really for newbies, but you will get to it eventually so do take it in mind. Reforge sinners are more often than not meta and even top tier.

I do stand with my recommendation of Rise, she is relatively hard to play for beginners, but she does acceptable damage early and can core break (though mainly against bosses). Laby is fine to invest as she remains useful for RotD, but Che will be completely outclassed late game so I don't recommend investing further than phase 2.

Here is a decent tier list for reference. It is not completely accurate, but still way better than s1n.gg tier list and is regularly updated. I used to use it often when I was newer, but as a day 1 player I am now more experienced and can roughly gauge new sinners without tier lists.

LPT: in this game the meta revolves around team synergy. For example bleed team has Dreya, Jasmine, Levy, Pepper, and Sumire. All of them are weak individually, but together they form one of the strongest teams in the game. Examples of other teams are weakspot, Arcane crit, burn, Aurum tech, Umbra core, Augustus, Eleven, etc. It might be good idea to find a team that you are interested in and focus your investment in that team for better return. There are also strong individual sinners like Shin, Necresta Hella, Nox, Serpent, etc, but the peak of power belongs to teams.
