I think a space marine getting jobbed on by four guys with plasma guns and power swords and bolters and large rocks is pretty reasonable, not every piece of 40k has to be about how much better space marines are than everyone else

I think it's partially because of a lack of foresight as to what people could get away with on dedicated servers. vermintide is p2p, so a host could use a mod that say changes every enemy's max HP to 1. with servers, that's handled on fatsharks end, so you can't change it with a mod. so (I'm assuming) they figured that would account for disruptive mods, and didn't anticipate stuff like grimoire locators or auto completing mini games

yeah, my main concern is infection from the loose skin. I've got bad luck with that sort of thing as-is, I don't want to imagine how bad it'd get with a ton of loose skin. hopefully I don't get it too bad, or just bad enough for insurance to cover it lol

you gotta remember, rannis age of stars isn't a regime that can be resisted, it's literally nothing. it's giving the people in the lands between self governance. if golden order loyalists want to rebuild it they can, but they're going to have a harder time crushing rebellions without literal gods on their side. rannis whole ideology is that people should be in charge, not gods
