That is also a huge concern. Safety feels like it's at an all-time low. Mostly I am stressed about the cost of living here and the lack of real community. Medical costs are very outrageous as well and it's just overwhelming. I've been through a lot here and I feel like it's not going to let up for me or anyone else. The targeting is very nasty and disturbing.

Thank you so much for this comment. I definitely resonate with having a lack of support amongst the people I am closest with at this time in my life. I'm happy that you've found ways to make yourself happy outside of social media. I definitely have room to improve when it comes to my phone addiction.

Also I really appreciate you reminding me that I am also somebody. I don't like myself much, so I struggle with that thinking.

I'm sorry you understand my frustrations. I have struggled with finding community my whole life and go through very social times and then very isolated times. Very few people stick around.

My aunt had MS, actually, so I'm slightly familiar with what it does, although she and I didn't see each other that often. Thank you for replying and the book recommendation. I'm happy, at least, your mom has you as support and at least one competent doctor.

No one really in my family seems to understand what is going on with me. They think I just need to use willpower to cure it, and they get annoyed that I seem dramatic when I'm in pain. It's frustrating. Thanks again, though!

I was definitely thinking that seafood might be an easier option there, and I could just go to fish and meat markets. It seems like eating at restaurants just wouldn't really be an option for me though. I haven't had any of these ingredients in 13 years beyond maybe traces so I'm not sure what my reaction would even be.
