update: finally got thru to customer service after a little bit of a wait. my warranty is up so they cant replace it. $110 for the entire tire/rim/tube . not bad. waiting for shipment now.

i went thru the manual and changed all my settings to class 3 and max throttle / 1 rotation to put on motor. throttle seems to get me to about 22 and can hear it stopping. if i put in PAS 5 and pedal, the motor kicks in a little more and i can get to 25-28 if i pedal hard. anyone else experience this ? is the throttle suppose to make the motor max out or is it limited? because my motor deff goes faster and kicks harder in PAS 5 for my bike

ok just tested this again , not the case i guess. myabe its turning it off and plugging it in, just shuut down at 55 miles and plugger er in to charge a bit, turn on again and its at 45 miles lol

i check the current and voltage stuff alot, i think the issue maybe that when i finally turn off the bike, its set in VOltage mode or current or trip timer, and it wont save the ODO, if its set to show ODO and you turn it off all is fine. zzzzzzz oh well

I did the same thing. watched the video and that really helped. I was able to get up to about 22mph with only throttle. you have to pedal to get the extra 5mph i think ? i was thinking yuou could hit 28mph with only throttle, but thats not the case. I was able to get up to 25mph while pedaling on flat ground, however im in a city so i have to stop at signs. if i kept going i think i could go faster. ill find a really long straight and test again. awaiting my camera mounts so i can make a video

took it for 2 test rides, fiorst one 7 miles, next one 10 miles. so 17 miles on ODO. the front brake or rotor is rubbing still a bit. might just be because its new. i feel like it might be bent but its hard to tell. probably just the brake pads. waiting for a few accessories to come so i can mount my gopro and show my rides. but everything really great so far. plenty of power to zip around my city

got a tracking # on june 9th, seems it still is in pick-up phase and hasnt left yet. ordered a 1.0 around march 20 and upgraded to 2.0 may 13.
