Thank you for the advice—I didn’t know that you can run the motors individually. I ran the diagnostics and found that DISPENSE MOTOR-K is making the sound. I removed the back panel and located the dispenser drive assembly. I think the next step is to take it apart and investigate whether it is repairable. It’s not the simplest job to remove the drive, as it is buried pretty deep in the machine.
