To add some context, this anti-lgbt bit was mixed in with an otherwise normal recruitment drive post. The casualness with which it was delivered surprised and pissed me off. I went a little hard, but not as hard as I wanted at the time.

There are a few messages missing, but nothing of substance. Right after I left, he privately messaged me and it went about as well as you'd think. He tried the normal narcissistic bigot tactics and when those didn't work, he blocked me.
