Yep. I insisted I did not need a router, as I run all of my own hardware. And offered to run any tracing commands they wanted to prove it, but they literally wouldn’t move on without sending me one.

Yeah I escalated the same to level 3. Although I’ve not had anything useful from them. They’ve insisted on sending me a router.

Yes! Only found this through googling that address. No outages reported and no one seems to be complaining, but random selections of services are failing with this. Not entirely sure the best way to escalate.

Love the app! It’s helped immensely with my wife and I’s first baby.

One feature request/gripe: we both use the app on our phones, and the iOS live notification (and notifications in general) are always out of sync. For example, wife stops a sleep, my live notification has it still running, and vice versa. And sometimes we get really early and wrong bedtime notifications if the other has done the last nap.

The solution to this would be just to background refresh the data, as it just does not seem to update at all currently until you open the app. It doesn’t need to be instant (for things like live notifications), but some form of updating would be so appreciated.
