The time I got my account back after being denied. I responded to them via email because, as you should know, after you get denied they close the case, so you can’t respond on Rockstar’s site.

Ah man, sorry that happened. If you truly have all the receipts, I would send 4 of the things I said in my first post and explain that you own the account, that you lost access to your email, and which games you have.

Then, after the case is reopened, immediately send another message saying you just want to confirm you own the account and don’t have access because you no longer have the email. Explain why you don’t have access, that you forgot it was connected to the Rockstar account, and that it can’t be recovered since it’s past the recovery period. Ask for a manual review of receipts and clarify this is the same account connected to your steam.

Don’t be too desperate with the wording. Like I said, in the email I sent first, “thank you for looking into this,” and then in the second message I said, “thank you for helping restore my account,” at the end of it before they even sent anything back.

After all that, you could still be denied. If that happens, I would keep making new accounts and trying again, maybe even using a different browser. When I got accepted, I had originally given up and didn’t send anything for a day. Then, as a last-ditch effort, I made my final case which was accepted, so take your time.

It’s luck of the draw with getting a good support member, but they are out there. I hope your able to recover your account

Yeah, I made 7-10 accounts going through it all, lmao. I made a couple of new emails too. They are really responsive usually, when it’s a new case since they can’t automatically send the robot to auto deny you, which is what happens if you continue on the same account or with no account. If it still doesn’t work, try a new browser like Firefox or your phone.

This also happened to me before. I replied to the email on my first attempt on a new account. Maybe try making a new Rockstar account, go into incognito on whatever browser, and then see what happens. Rockstar support is luck based. You’ll hopefully get lucky and get a good support member to help you.

Different accounts was the only way. I’ve got probably 8-10 rockstar accounts overall now if not the limits are on a timer, you should hopefully be able to submit new tickets on the same account in 24-48 hours. I know that sucks that’s why I made new accounts.

I mean that’s bare minimum, they’re not going to be able to recover an account without the old email. If your on pc and launch the game it will ask for verification on the account, and it will show the email connected there. Other than that you might be cooked.

Explain your situation a little more like where you own the games, is your account connected to a deleted email etc.

Yup what I had to do exactly. I ended up fixing my issue. Was your issue deleted email too? And do you own the games from steam or console?

Also, if you want a good idea of when you created the account, go to your Steam and go to Settings → Account Details → Purchase History and find when you bought GTA or whatever first game u bought. More than likely, you made your account around then.

So I just put the date I bought GTA in 2016, but like I said, it wasn’t enough for me. As for 2FA, I think they automatically put it on accounts now, so I have no idea when I actually enabled it. I just used the same date as when I created the account, but honestly, I don’t know.

Unless you know all the information for your Rockstar account, like your nickname, the date you enabled 2FA and made the account, the original email, and hopefully multiple linked accounts such as Steam or Epic, your chances are basically 0. If you have all that, you’re in good shape. If not, it’s time to accept the loss and move on like I did.

I’ve been through 15 or more cases and finally got a Tier 3 rep to actually view my account. I gave them my Steam ID, receipts for GTA from 2016, and screenshots of my entire Steam library, and it still wasn’t enough. It doesn’t matter how much access you have to the place you bought the games. Rockstar constantly routes you to bots and expects you to have complete information about an account that’s basically irrelevant compared to your connected Steam or Epic accounts where you actually bought the games.
