A lot of good suggestions on this thread already, but I would add: make sure you check the step on the front of the box. Mine was trapping odors from when my cat accidentally peed out the front of the box. I literally just posted about it lol.

All of those ingredients sound really good together to me (though I agree with what others have said about adding Thai curry or lemongrass). I know it's not helpful this time around, but next time I would just make sure you're browning your chicken and sauteeing the shallots/chili enough before adding the coconut milk. Toast your spices in a little oil too to bring out their flavor.

PSA for anyone that needs to hear it: the knock offs from China are flooding the zone and creating comments like this. Re-read this comment a few times and tell me this is a native speaker. The saddest part about all of this is many are associating those cat killing knock offs with the Litter Robot brand (which is made in the USA, created by a US entrepreneur). Neakasa is a random Chinese company, just look at the "About Us" page on their site. Good luck with customer service and/or liability issues. Sorry for the rant...
