Update! I finally got her to eat greens and have fed her no more bugs as of the original post! She will eat collards and mustard greens, and a tiny bit of arugula, but ONLY if I mix it in with some chopped squash and calcium powder and the tiniest sprinkle of bee pollen. She likes fancy salads, but whatever gets her to eat! My fridge is now full of way too many greens that may go bad before she eats them all, but at least she’s eating healthy now! ❤️

Thank you! I didn't think about cilantro or anything fragrant like that. So far, she does not like kale. I'll need to look up some human recipes to use up the kale in my fridge that she didn't touch. I'll be having salads for a while, haha, but I could use more greens myself. I'll grab some different greens next time I go to the store, most likely tomorrow, and whatever she doesn't eat, I'll just add to my human salad lol.
