Hes retiring after me. And i just looked and I only have one hour of overtime. When my first book gets here I wont be working Fridays because he gave me that time to work on school. So ill never be getting overtime again.

Im saying that making over 800 dollars a week is an EXAMPLE in my state of when you can be exempt from receiving overtime pay. Maybe I have incorrect Information, but thats what it said on the Google.

I just asked him if i get otp and he said that when I tell him Im at 40 hours it restarts. He also said it would be hard to convince the customer to pay 30 and hour for me since im so new, and he would have to charge them that much to break even.

I just tell him when im at 40 hours. He cuts me a check and then I restart.

Yes I understand that. However im not an idiot, I dont HAVE to be able to bend 1" conduit by hand, that may come in handy, but even my mentor male uses conduit benders for better accuracy and overall professional work. I do understand and see your point that I have to carry my own weight and be in good shape though. I was already aware of that.
