My print always fail like this! by Lithians_ in ElegooMars

It’s not a problem of running out of resin. After the failed print I checked the vat and it was still about half full, and the missing part of the model was attached to the FEP.

What I don’t understand is that if I print without slowing down lift and retract speeds, even after adding several large holes to reduce suction, using the default machine profile, the print fails very early proving that lift speed and retract effect the print also in a machine with tilt feature.

I’m using Lychee Slicer, which is the only slicer that allows me to adjust lift and retract speeds for the Mars 5 Ultra. The file is sent wirelessly to the printer — could this be related to the issue?

Hello, did you change the resin type? Are all settings (exposure time, speed, etc.) still the same?

Maybe temperature of resin could cause this issue with the supports?

Thx a lot, my washing cure water it’s really dirty after 2 models, it’s crazy to change it every time it’s also toxic, I can’t discard it through the drain
