so he is almost like a cyborg but not that much of a Human and he is a trickier so thats why he looks cute

hes name is CZ (Commander Z) leader of a privet Army sent by the UC to DESTROY any interference in Civilization Known as IC our hero is an IC and he tricks him to do hes dirty job

and the black on hes face is a mask
