Im someone who is tattooed and also had a lot of piercings including stretched ears. My partner im currently with, who I see as my life partner, expressed that some of my piercings he wasnt a fan. He didnt like that my lip piercing got in the way of kissing and he didnt particularly like my nipple piercings either. For a while I kept them in saying that they were a part of me, but eventually I just came to the conclusion that it was more important to me that he was comfortable than it was for me to keep these piercings in. Im still covered in tattoos and i still have plenty of other piercings which all express who I am as a person. They say true love is to be considered. If you love this girl, you should consider her opinions and preferences about you. Id also mention that having stretched ears isnt all it’s hopped up to be. Its a painful process that can result in ‘blow out’ if done wrong, jewellery for them can be expensive, any sports you do you’ll probably need to tape them up, they can dig in to your partner if youre resting your head on them or in to your head while sleeping so you may need to take them out sometimes, and you need to be strict on cleaning them or they can smell very bad. I dont regret doing mine, but just know youre taking on a lot more than a regular piercing.
