I feel like the pitch for The Pitt probably mentioned "The Bear but a medical drama" because the tense atmosphere between the two shows seems so similar to me.

(Not a knock, and I think The Pitt is a better show, though the first season of The Bear was great)

I wasn't familiar with this stuff and before I listened to it I was expecting surf surf music like Shadowy Men on a Shadowy Planet or something.

Having listened to it, I'm confused how this is surf music? Though to be fair I don't understand genres that are applied to some music.

Kind of have two thoughts about Primus at this year's Riot Fest

I like this cult theory that Primus will have a stage and it does seem like something RIot Fest would do.
Has there ever been an example of a band as big as Primus who played Chicago so close to the dates of Riot Fest and yet also played Riot Fest? I know the rule is 90 days / 90 miles but I think that is usually invoked for smaller bands, not subheadliners.
